By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, contacting us through WhatsApp, RCS, telephone, email, or using any services provided by Adani Realty, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Adani Realty is committed to conducting business transparently, ethically, and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (where applicable), and all relevant regulations governing electronic communications.

These Terms are designed to establish a transparent relationship between Adani Realty and its customers while ensuring compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Google RCS Business Messaging requirements, telecom regulations, and applicable privacy standards.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue the use of our website and services.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

  • WhatsApp Business Platform means the official WhatsApp Business API provided through Meta.
  • RCS means Rich Communication Services supported by Google and telecom operators.
  • Content includes text, graphics, images, videos, logos, documents, software, property details, brochures, and other information available through our services.
  • Applicable Law refers to all laws, rules, regulations, notifications, and governmental requirements applicable within India.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service offered by Adani Realty, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information.
  • You accept our Privacy Policy.
  • You understand that electronic communication may be used for customer service and updates.

Unless otherwise specified, payments made for completed services may not be refundable, subject to applicable law and specific service agreements.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Certain services offered by Adani Realty may be subscription-based or recurring in nature.

Subscribers agree that:

  • Subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase.
  • Renewal terms, where applicable, will be communicated in advance.
  • Users may discontinue future renewals in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
  • Adani Realty may suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Termination of a subscription does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

Where legally required, refunds or adjustments shall be processed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Adani Realty uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Rich Communication Services (RCS) to communicate with customers in a secure and compliant manner.

By sharing your mobile number or initiating communication through WhatsApp or RCS, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Communications may include enquiry responses, appointment confirmations, service updates, property information, reminders, transactional notifications, and other customer support messages.
  • Promotional messages will only be sent where required consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us directly.
  • Message delivery is dependent on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, telecom operators, internet connectivity, and the recipient’s device compatibility.
  • Adani Realty does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instant delivery of messages.

Users agree not to misuse WhatsApp or RCS channels by sending abusive, unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or spam content through any communication facilitated by Adani Realty.

Furthermore, all WhatsApp and RCS communications shall be subject to the respective platform policies, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Google’s RCS Business Messaging requirements, in addition to these Terms.
